Today, 7 agencies cover the Greater West and the capital. Paris, Charente-Maritime, Bordeaux (Right Bank and Left Bank), Arcachon Bay, Landes and the Basque Country. Our ambition for tomorrow reaches further, as the whole territory is full of properties to discover and reinvent.

Our story
A lover of « Beauty », Art and Architecture, Nicolas Libert began the story of Ateliers, lofts & Associés in April 1998.
He was innovative from the very beginning by focusing on digital platforms: the first specialized real estate web showcase in France, the first real estate iPhone app integrating photos and videos, the first digital real estate magazine combining listings and lifestyle editorial content. A real estate agent almost by accident, this « serial entrepreneur » has never stopped collecting and promoting art and architecture in all its forms, turning each of his emotions into a business project:
- In 2002, he created the contemporary art collection of Ateliers, lofts & Associés. Exhibited in the Paris agency, the collection brings together modern and contemporary photographers and visual artists: Douglas Gordon, Thibaut Cuisset, Gilbert Fastenaekens, Wolfgang Tillmans, Goettfried Honegger, Edward Burtynsky, among many others.
- In 2006, together with Carole Bernard, he co-founded eLUX Repérages, an inexhaustible source of original and rare locations. For filming, photo shoots or events, eLUX offers its clients unique properties and exceptional spaces. eLUX was sold in 2021 to the European leader in event equipment rental.
- In 2007, together with Delphine Aboulker, an architect and historian specializing in 20th-century heritage, he co-founded Architecture de Collection, an agency exclusively dedicated to outstanding 20th and 21st-century architecture.
- In 2014, with Emmanuel Renoird, art historian and interior architect, he founded Please Do Not Enter, a concept store in Los Angeles blending collectible design, functional art and designer fashion. In 2022, the two French expatriates were entrusted with managing the store at the Orange County Museum of Art (OCMA) in California, housed in a spectacular building designed by Tom Mayne and his Morphosis studio, winner of the coveted Pritzker Prize in 2005.
- In October 2023, the original brand Ateliers, lofts & Associés, became a category in its own right under the label Architectures. This evolution now structures our offer around two complementary areas of expertise:
- The DNA ?Ateliers, Lofts & Associés? for all spaces that have been transformed, hybrid, or to be reinvented, which have evolved into living spaces thanks to a change of purpose.
- Living Architectures for all unique, original, and sometimes even unusual architectures that tell a story and leave a lasting impression.
In 2025, a new chapter begins for the group Architectures. Julie Lamboley, director of the Landes, Pays Basque, and Charente-Maritime agencies, and Vanessa Condom-Garibaldi, director of the Bordeaux, Bordeaux Rive Droite, and Bassin d'Arcachon agencies, who have passionately lived the Ateliers, lofts & Associés adventure for almost 20 years, officially and proudly take the reins of the group with commitment and determination. Their ambition? To bring new momentum, always true to the brand's DNA, while projecting it into a more contemporary, bolder, and increasingly international vision.
Each of the group's proposals adapts to the environment and the Art of Living of the region, remaining faithful to its desire to inhabit unique and authentic places differently. In constant reflection on its profession, every member of Architectures offers tailor-made expertise and support.
