Industrial, transformed, urban, vernacular or contemporary, it has shaped our offer and inspired our approach. As residential architecture now branches into multiple forms, in October 2023, we naturally evolved the brand

This new organization reaffirms our commitment to serving all remarkable and unique living architectures, which for more than 26 years have formed our essence and our fundamental principles, and which allow us today, more than ever, to share emotions for the realization of our clients' projects.
April 2025: a new momentum for the group Architectures
Julie Lamboley, director of the Landes, Pays Basque and Charente-Maritime agencies, and
Vanessa Condom-Garibaldi, director of the Bordeaux, Bordeaux Rive Droite and Bassin d'Arcachon agencies, who have passionately lived the
Ateliers, lofts & Associés adventure for nearly 20 years, are now officially taking over the reins of the group
with pride, commitment and determination.
Their ambition?
To bring a new dynamic, always faithful to the brand's DNA, while projecting it into a more contemporary, more daring and more internationally oriented vision.
More than a real estate agency,
embodies an ART OF LIVING, a true signature that celebrates unconventional places that move us.
